John Parboosing shares his wisdom about how to get health professionals to talk about practice and move in the direction of a CoP. He acknowledges com-prac as a resource (even though it includes few medical folks).
A great example of the mono-platform, “we live on email” assumption: “Acquired data about communication interactions is used to form constructs which are indicative of an entity and communities-of-practice within the entity.” Extrapolating to “real life”.
